From the time that Taylor came out and gave me a quote to replace my mini split system until the time it was installed, every bit of the process was conducted in a very professional manner. Taylor was friendly, quick, and professional. He inspected our AC before the warm weather hits, and noticed low coolant pressure and that the air temp wasn't as cool as expected. His early inspection and detailed email let me go through the builder's home warranty; if we'd waited until the warm weather hit, our home warranty would've already expired, and we'd be looking for help from the manufacturer in peak AC season. I'm excited we've found our heating and AC guy!

I was called to a home to diagnose and repair a furnace that was not working. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was not starting. I diagnosed the issue as a pressure switch failure and replaced the part. After replacing the part, the furnace started up and the customer was able to heat their home again.
I was called to a home in the city to repair a frozen evaporator coil. Upon arrival, I found that the coil was leaking refrigerant. I repaired the leak and got the system up and running. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
